「つぼんこ」という名前は、雪国越後で楽しまれていた昔の遊びに由来します。十日町の老舗お菓子屋処「木村屋」の人気商品。コクのある黄身餡に一粒まるごとの柔栗をくるみ、折りパイで包みました。つぼんこと雪ん子をモチーフにしたデザイン。
